Our 200 hour yoga TTC in Rishikesh features a unique multi-style curriculum including Hatha, Vinyasa, Aerial, and Acro Yoga, alongside pranayama, meditation, mantra chanting, yoga philosophy, anatomy, and teaching methodology. Classes are conducted in both Hindi and English with intentionally small batch sizes to ensure personalized mentorship and hands-on guidance from our certified and internationally recognized instructors.
Students live in comfortable private or shared accommodation with attached bathrooms and enjoy nourishing sattvic vegetarian meals daily. The immersive experience extends beyond the classroom, with weekly cultural and spiritual excursions to iconic sites such as Kunjapuri Temple for sunrise meditation, Beatles Ashram, Rishi Vashishtas Cave, and the sacred Ganga Aarti at Parmarth Niketan, providing deep connection with yogas spiritual roots.
