To import a MBOX file into Outlook, first convert the MBOX file to PST format using a reliable MBOX to Outlook converter tool. Once converted, open Microsoft Outlook, go to File Open & Export Import/Export, and choose Import from another program or file. Select the PST file, follow the prompts, and complete the import. All emails, attachments, and folder structures will be preserved
