I did a few sets of russian twists and that was it. I had diarrhea twice during this workout so that sucked. I called my doctor and he said to drink just liquids and get plenty of rest. I feel kinda weak and tired too. My temperature was 99.2. I'm gonna take tomorrow off for sure. I probably shouldnt have lifted today.

I feel much better today. The diarrhea stopped and the tired, weak feeling went away. This workout lasted 2 hours. I would have been done much earlier but one guy asked me for 6 spots and another guy asked me for 8 spots. It does get annoying after a while and can mess up your workout but I dont want to be known as the ******* who said "no" to somebody when they ask for a spot. Can anybody think of a way I can politely tell these guys I dont mind spotting them a few times but if theyre gonna ask me for 6 and 8 spots like today, it hurts my workout? I rarely ask for spots. RE: spotting. Just tell them, politely, that they'll have to wait for you to finish your sets of this exercise, that you're monitoring time / rest intervals, but you'll be happy to spot them when you get to a break point. Don't let others drag your lifting down; you owe it to yourself to be the best you can in your training.
