Hi guys, had a comp yesterday which went well, I got 240kg deadlift all the way up, but got red lights as my knees were bent a little bit is this a hamstring weakness, lower back weakness? was thinking maybe I need to do front squats to build up thigh strength?

Mike, When you are starting a new cycle, do you find the first week is a little bit lower strength wise, because you are relearning the lifts? I guess it depends on how close the previous movements were (in regards to the motorprogram)
